The present Application is filed by the Petitioner seeking extension of the interim protection which was granted by this Court vide judgment dated 05/03/2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 5868/2024 for further period of three weeks, so as to pursue the Special Leave Petition. However, it is informed by learned Counsel for the Respondents that the Special Leave Petition is dismissed and nothing survives in the present Application.
