As per application, notice could not be served upon respondent. It is further stated that petitioner has no other address. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Deshonnati, Punya Nagari, Lokmat, Sakal' in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within four weeks from the date of publication of notice.
