The Petitioners moved this application for the deletion of Respondent Nos. 3 to 8 from the array of Respondents as they have been retired, for which the learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection. Hence, the application is allowed as prayed.

The Petitioners are permitted to delete the Respondent Nos. 3 to 8 from the array of Respondents, forthwith.

The Petitioners have moved this application to permit them to amend the Petition, as promotional orders have been passed during the pendency of the Petition. Therefore, they want to challenge the same for which the learned Counsel for the Respondents has no objection. Considering the reasons stated in the application and no objection of the other side, the Application is allowed as prayed.

The Petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment within one week from today and supply the amended copy of the Petition to the Respondents within one week thereafter.

Upon the amendment being carried out, issue a fresh notice to the newly added Respondents, returnable after the Summer Vacation.
