C.A.W. NO. 835/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 7292/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 25/04/2025 This application is taken out for grant of permission to delete the name of R. Nos. 5 and 10 from the array of the respondents. It is stated in the application that R.Nos. 5 and 10 are dead. It is further stated that LRs of respondent Nos. 5 and 10 have not applied for membership. Hence, the petitioner prays for deletion of aforesaid deceased respondents from the array of respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to delete the name of aforesaid respondents from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioner.
