3) Having considered the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed as prayed. 4) Petitioners are directed to implead/add the applicants/intervenors as party respondents to the petition within a period of one week. After carrying out the amendment, a copy of the amended petition be supplied to the other side. 5) List the matter after vacation.
