The applicant/petitioner moved this application to permit him to amend the petition as he has obtained some documents under the Right to Information Act. He wants to bring these documents on record, for which the learned Assistant Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the respondent No.3 have no objection.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed. The petitioner/applicant is directed to carry out the amendment within one week from today and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side within two weeks thereafter.
