Nos. 9 - Umesh Tulshiram Gamoth from the array of the respondents. It is stated in the application that notice issued to R.No. 9 could not be served as the respondent was not traceable. Hence, the petitioner prays for deletion of aforesaid respondent from the array of respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to delete the name of aforesaid respondent from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioner.
