The Petitioners moved this application to correct the middle name of Petitioner No.2 in the Petition from 'Ramesh' to 'Umesh', as the same was inadvertently mentioned in the cause title of the petition. However, considering the reasons stated in the application, we permit the Petitioners to correct the middle name of the Petitioner No.2 as 'Umesh' instead of 'Ramesh'. The correction be carried out forthwith.

Respondent No.1 moved an application contending that the Arbitrator did not permit it to deposit the balance amount of compensation with it, as there have no bank account. Having considered the said fact, we direct Respondent No.1 to deposit the balance amount of the compensation with the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today.
