Office has raised objection regarding pages nor readable. By way of this application, counsel for the petitioner has stated that petitioner is not relying on the documents which are under objections. Hence, counsel prays for dispense with the office objections.

In view of the above, the application is allowed on the condition that the concerned Advocate shall undertake to supply typed legible pages if directed by the Hon'ble Court during the hearing.
