ATE : APRIL 25, 2025 1) The petitioners moved this application to permit them to withdraw an amount of Rs.50 Lakh deposited before this Court in terms of the order dated 09/04/2025. They also pray that said amount be permitted to be deposited in the Bank account of petitioner No.2 only, as other petitioners have given power of attorney in his favour.

2) Considering the same, the application is allowed in the above terms, subject to the satisfaction of the Registrar regarding the authority given by petitioners Nos.1, 3, 4, and 5 in favour of petitioner No.2 by way of alleged power of attorney.
