As per application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served due to want of correct address. Hence, the petitioner prays for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.

As regards R.No. 12, returnable date is extended by four weeks.
