The prayer made in Civil Application (CAW) No. 987/2025 is for issuing direction to the respondent no. 1 to implement the Government Resolution (GR) dated 14/03/2024 (Annexure-1) and the GR dated 04/11/2025 (Annexure-2) in the said application without any delay so as to regularize the services of the petitioners as a regular employee of the Health Department, Government of Maharashtra as per the chart at Annexure-1 (page nos. 34 to

41) to the Writ Petition and give them permanency benefits as permanent government employees of the Health Department, Government of Maharashtra with pay protection and seniority.

We have gone through the record of the case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, we direct present petition to be treated as representation of the petitioners and the same may be decided by respondent no.1 in accordance with law, after considering the points raised in the present petition. 4.

Accordingly, the petition and the application are disposed of. The decision shall be taken within 4 months from production of the copy of this order and the petition before respondent no. 1.
