When we put a specific query to Mr. Shareef, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, to point out one single statement in the Petition that none of the applications have been filed by the Petitioners for regularisation of Gunthewari developments, affects DP reservation, he has been unable to point out any such statement in the Petition. We, therefore, do not see any reason to modify the order dated 16.04.2025. 3.

The Application is dismissed.
