The petitioner/applicant moved this application to recall the order dated 14.12.2021 passed in Civil Application (CAW) No.1002/2020, as the petitioner has already carried out the amendment. However, the same was not carried out properly. Therefore, he has prayed to recall the said order. 2.

Having gone through the record and considered the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the petitioner carried out the amendment prior to passing the order. However, the same was not carried out appropriately.

Considering the said facts, we permit the petitioner/applicant to carry out the amendment appropriately pursuant to the order dated 23.06.2021.

Application is disposed of.
