The Petitioners who have been employed as Health Workers and have been working since last more than 10 years as such, are apprehensive in view of the communication dated 21.03.2025 (page 25) in the Civil Application, that they would be replaced by contractual employees. If that is done, the same would amount to replacing ad-hoc by an adhoc, which cannot be permitted. We, therefore, allow the application by directing the Respondents, not to replace the Petitioners, by adhoc employees.
