2] The petition is accordingly disposed of as settled.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1024/2025 3] The petitioners are seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,14,828/- along with interest accrued thereon. The amount was deposited by respondent no.1 in terms of order dated 26/9/2024. Respondent no.1 has no objection.

4] In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The petitioners are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount with interest, if any.

5] The application is disposed of in above terms.
