The present Application is filed by the Petitioner for grant of permission to amend the Petition. It is the contention of the Petitioner that during the pendency of the Petition, the Petitioner searched out various documents relating to his termination and to seek relief of reinstatement, which he wants to place on record. (2) Though the Application is opposed, as the reply of the Respondent No. 4 is yet to be filed, the Application is allowed. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week. Copies of the amended Petition be supplied to the other side.
