MAY 5, 2025 The applicants/petitioners challenged the award on the ground that it was passed against a dead person.

2] This Court, while issuing notice, directed applicant no.2/petitioner no.2 to deposit Rs.50,000/- in this Court.

3] The petition came to be allowed vide order dated 23/3/2023. The award passed by the Co-operative Court, Amravati, has been set aside on the ground that it was passed against a dead person.

4] The applicants/petitioners are seeking permission to withdraw Rs.50,000/- deposited in this Court.

5] Considering the situation, there appears no need to issue notice to the other side.

6] The application is accordingly allowed, as prayed for, and disposed of in above terms.
