As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address.

Further it is stated that the the last known addresses of the aforesaid respondents in the nomenclature of the petition and the same are verified from the documents on record.

Petitioner is unaware of any other address of the aforesaid respondents, for that reason, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Deshonnati and Tarun Bharat', in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
