It is stated in the application that notice issued to respondent returned back unserved with remark that "item returned addressee left without instructions". It is further stated that respondent has left the address mentioned in the cause title and shifted to some other place. Hence, the petitioner prays for amending the cause title/array of parties and substitute the address of respondent with his correct address.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to respondent returnable within four weeks.
