Mr. Dangre, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that since the pleadings are inadequate and the petition is yet to be considered for admission, he be granted leave to amend the petition. 3.

Since notices are not even ordered, we deem it appropriate to grant leave to amend the petition. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

After carrying out amendment, let there be notice for final disposal to the respondents returnable on 12.6.2025. 5.
