and add the word 'School'. As per application the name of R.No. 2 was wrongly typed as 'Court' instead of 'School'. Hence, the applicant prays for permission to delete the word Court and add the word school.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable by four weeks.
