DATED : 8th MAY, 2025 Mr. Shukul, learned counsel for the respondent raises a grievance regarding late uploading of the judgment and order dated 17.04.2025, which according to him was uploaded on 24.04.2025, which led to administrative delay & therefore, seeks extension of three weeks time. We are not impressed with the ground for the reason that mere delay of six days in uploading the order would not deprive the respondents of reasonable time being available to them, since application for extension is filed on 29.4.2025 and is being listed today before this Court, which would indicate, that sufficient time was available for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to seek administrative approval, for payment of the amount as directed in the judgment.
