As stated in the application, R.No. 3 have shifted its office, due to that reason, notice could not be served. Further it is stated that no alternate address is either disclosed to the petitioner/applicant nor published in public domain. Therefore, petitioner prays for substituted service upon R.No. 3.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
