As stated in the application, R.No. 7 could not be served because the office of the R.No. 7 is closed down. The petitioner has exhausted all her means and measures to ascertain the proper address of the R.No. 7. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat (Marathi)', Wardha Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
