By way of application for speaking to minutes, the applicant / respondent No.1 is trying to get clarification of the order. According to Mr. S.P. Kshirsagar, learned counsel for the applicant / respondent No.1, order is being not complied with by the petitioner, as it failed to understand the directions given by this Court. If that be so, the applicant / respondent No.1 may file appropriate proceedings for non-compliance of the order. However, the clarification of order will be beyond the scope of speaking to minutes. The application is accordingly rejected.
