The respondent No.5 has mentioned the matter before this Court at the end of board and stated that in Writ Petition No.2649/2025 on 13.5.2025 the stay was obtained by the petitioner by suppressing some facts and, therefore, it is necessary to bring before the Court the facts which are suppressed by the petitioner. 3.
The respondent No.5 has filed on record the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4547/2018 (Shantabai Magru Bawane and another V/s. The State of Maharashtra and others) wherein this Court has directed to conduct the elections within six months from the date of the order i.e. 27.1.2025.

On 13.5.2025 the learned Advocate for the petitioner in the present matter had submitted that the objection which was raised by the petitioner was not decided by respondent Nos.2 and 5 and,
wp2649.2025.odt therefore, the order was passed directing the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to decide the objection and till then the stay was granted. 5.
The respondent No.5 and respondent Nos.1 to 3 have stated that they have verified and found that the petitioner has not raised any objection and misled the Court and obtained the stay. 6.
As the grievance of the petitioner is that the objection raised by him was not decided, respondent Nos.2 and 5 is directed to decide the objection, if any, raised by the petitioner within 3 days from today. Till then, the order of stay granted on 13.5.2025 shall operate. If no such objection is raised by the petitioner, the respondent No.1 shall proceed further in accordance with law.
