By the present Application, Applicant/Petitioner is seeking certain correction in the order dated 16/5/2025 passed by this Court.

The submission recorded in paragraph 3 of the order dated 16/5/2025 is made by the Petitioner - Chandrapur District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., however, inadvertently it is recorded that the said submission was made by one 'Manoj Potraje'. Although there is a reference of 'Manoj Potraje' in the Petition, he is not a party to the Writ Petition. 4.

Paragraph 3 of the order dated 16/5/2025 be corrected by deleting the words, 'Manoj Potraje' and substitute the words, 'Petitioner - Bank'.
