This is an application for leave to amend the petition, by which the petitioner proposes to add certain paragraphs mentioned in the said application. 2.

Considering the fact that even notices are not yet issued in the petition and the contentions canvassed, the civil application is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to carry out the amendment within a period of one week from today.

In view of the amendment, the respondents are entitled to file affidavit in reply/ additional reply even to the amendment carried out by the petitioner.
