NO. 1207/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 2513/2025 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 22/08/2025 The application is taken out for permission to amend and correct the name of the R.No. 4(n) and address of R.No. 4-a5 in the cause title. As stated in the application, the name of R.No. 4(n) was inadvertently typed as Umakant Natthuram Zhade instead of Ramakant Natthuram Zhade. It is further stated that due to typographical error the address of R.No. 4-a5 was wrongly mentioned.

Hence, the petitioner prays for amending, correcting the name of R.No. 4(n) and correcting the address of R.No. 4-a5 in the cause title.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, office to issue notice to R.Nos. 4(n) and 4-a5, returnable by four weeks.

Returnable date for issuing notice to R.No. 4(power of attorney holder for R.No. 4A to 4a5) is also extended by four weeks.
