NO. 1224/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 2615/2025 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 30/06/2025 The application is taken out for permission to serve petition copies by registered post with acknowledgement due. As per application, registry has dispatched copies of the petition to the respondents. However, the dispatch was made by ordinary post and no acknowledgement receipts have been enclosed with such dispatches. Further, it is stated that there is no confirmation or tracking available regarding the actual delivery of the said notices. Hence, the appellant prays for service of the petition upon all respondents by registered post with acknowledgement due.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary RPAd postage be provided. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the all respondents returnable within four weeks.

In the meantime, counsel to file civil application for correct address of R.No. 7.
