As per application, the notice could not be served for want of correct address. The petitioner has traced out the particulars of the address of the respondent no.3 and thus the applicant wants permission to amend and to serve the R.No.3 on corrected address.

Since the application is formal in nature and the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
