As stated in the application, the aforesaid R.Nos.1 to 4 could not be served for want of correct addresses. Further, it is stated that the petitioner is unaware of new addresses of R. Nos.1 to 4 and has the addresses which are mentioned in the bank record. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve R. Nos. 1 to 4 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon R. Nos.1 to 4 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspapers 'Hitwada' English, and Navbharat (Hindi), Nagpur edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
