In that view of the matter, the application so presented by the employee - respondent No.2 is allowed.

The amount deposited by the petitioners with this Court along with accrued interest shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant - respondent No.2. 4.
The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause made in civil application.
