NO. 1264/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 1152/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 11/07/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 16 and 21 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondents could not be served due to incorrect address. It is further stated that inspite of their best efforts, petitioners failed to serve the R.Nos. 16 and 21. Thus, the petitioners want to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Deshdoot' Nashik Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
