NO. 1277/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 4892/2024 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 01/08/2025 This application is filed by the applicants for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner-sole Rajendra s/o Bhimrao Panse on record. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid petitioner expired on 26/03/2025 leaving behind his heirs. Death Certificate is annexed with application. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that the appellant expired on 26/03/2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 23/06/2025 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicants to bring the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased petitioner on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
