The present application is filed for direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner nos. 17 and 18 to work on their original posts till they attain the age of 62, until further orders, subject to filing of an undertaking in writing that, they will not claim any monetary benefits including salary or any other benefits till the decision of this petition.

This Court has already passed such orders previously on 28/03/2024 and 26/04/2024. In view thereof, as per Clause 7 of the order dated 28/03/2024, the present application is allowed, subject to undertaking as mentioned in Clause 7 of the said order. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
