By this Application, Petitioner, in support of his prayer made in the Petition, seeks leave to add the proposed Respondents in the array of Respondents and consequential submissions in that regard. The Respondent Nos.1 and 2, who are the contesting parties in the present Petition, did not file their reply. In view thereof, for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the Petition within a period of one week from today and amended copy of the Petition be served on the other side.
