As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct addresses. Further, it is stated that the petitioner is unaware of new addresses, and has only addresses which are mentioned in the plaint.

Thus, the petitioner wants to serve above respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon above respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspapers 'Punya Nagri' Marathi, at Pulgaon and Nagpur edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
