It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondent on substituted address by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
