As per application, the notice could not be served for want of correct address. The applicant in the said application has traced and provided correct address of above respondent. Thus, the applicant sought to amend the correct address of above respondent and to serve the R.No.3 by all possible modes.

Since the application is formal in nature and the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks. Service by all modes is permissible.
