DATE : 18TH JULY, 2025 The present application is filed by the petitioner for permission to amend the petition. As per the order of this Court, the petitioner was directed to place on record the approval of the Joint Director of Higher Education. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed affidavit, however, for clear submission, the petitioner seeks permission to add paras-17-A to 17-C after para-17. Similarly, the petitioner seeks to add the ground and prayer clause in consequence to the said amendment in para-17. As notices are not issued yet, the amendment application is allowed. The amendment be carried out within a week's time. The application stands disposed of.
