It is stated by the petitioners that by way of present petition the prayer is made for regularization of their services. However, during the pendency of the present petition, the services are terminated. Hence, in view of subsequent event, the amendment is necessary to be carried out in the present petition to resolve the entire controversy in the matter. 2.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week. The copy of amended petition be supplied to the respondents and also place on record.

Respondents are at liberty to file their counteraffidavit after the amendment. 4.

Place the matter for further consideration on 17.09.2025.
