NO. 1535/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 3850/2024 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 01/08/2025 This application is filed by the applicants for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased R.No. 2(c)- Tejinder Kaur w/o Bhupinder Gujral on record. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondent expired on 27/05/2025 leaving behind his heirs. Death Certificate is annexed with application. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that the appellant expired on 27/05/2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 17/07/2025 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicants to bring the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased R.No. 2(c) on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
