No.1554/2025 in Writ Petition No. 1258/2016 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 25/02/2026 This application is filed by the applicant/ legal heir of deceased Petitioner No. 80 - Shailaja Sudhir Koparkar for bringing his name on record as legal heir of deceased petitioner. As per the application, petitioner died on 24.05.2025. The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. Hence, the applicant/ legal heir of the deceased petitioner pray for bringing his name on record as legal heir of deceased petitioner No.80.

It is seen that the aforesaid Petitioner has expired on 24.05.2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 18.07.2025 i.e. within the time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed. Permission is granted to the applicant to bring his name as legal heir of the deceased Petitioner No.80 on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
