As per application, the notice could not be served for want of correct address. The applicant has also stated that during the pendency of this petition, the address of R.No.1 has changed. The applicant in the said application has provided correct address of above respondent. Thus, the applicant wants to amend the address of R.No.1.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
