Present application is filed by Respondent No.5 - Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati for modification of order dated 03/12/2024.

It is submitted that the modification is required in the order to the extent of direction to present Respondent No.5 to "respondent No.2 - Zilla Parishad Buldhana through its Chief Executive Officer, Buldhana".

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner have no objection to such modification being allowed. 4.
Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The order dated 03/12/2024 is modified by substituting the "Respondent No.2 - Zilla Parishad Buldhana through its Chief Executive Officer, Buldhana" in place of Respondent No.5 in para 2.

The application stands disposed of.
