But, as per office note, counsel has already carried out amendment in respect of correct address of R.Nos. 10 to 13. Hence, petitioner prays for substituted service be effected upon R.Nos.

5 and 6 only.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon R.Nos. 5 and 6 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Pratahkal' Mumbai Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

C.A.W. No. 1724/2025 Counsel for the petitioner has not pressed the civil application. Hence, the same is disposed of as not pressed.

Four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to file death certificate of R.No. 9 on record.
