The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a submission that the amendment, which was sought by way of Civil Application No.1945/2019 is also covered by Civil Application No.1715/2025 except the prayer for addition of Caste Scrutiny Committee as respondent. Accordingly, he makes a request that if the petitioner is allowed to add the Caste Scrutiny Committee as respondent, he does not want to press CA No.1945/2019 and would press CA No.1715/2025 only. Accordingly, CA No.1945/2019 is hereby disposed of as not pressed.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to add respondent Caste Scrutiny Committee as respondent No.8.

For the reasons stated in the application and as the petition is not yet admitted, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the Civil Application No.1715/2025 is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.

Civil Application No.1946/2019 is not pressed. Accordingly, it is disposed of.
