It is stated in the application that notice could not be served upon aforesaid respondent for want of correct address. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat Samachar'

in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
